    Bob,

    I really like this one. It’s beautiful. I could easily see this in MoMa. When you get more traction have you considered going to art shows, selling the art to rich people, displaying at a big time modern art museum?

    I don’t know. But when I saw this one, with your stupid grin, I just thought “art.”

    Also, I don’t like how you have to click to make a comment. can you change your theme so that there is a tiny comment box and people can comment more easily? I think you just need a little AJAX code. I think it would be worth the investment, and I think you’d build more loyal users if commenting were easier.

    Thanks! I’m gunna be in my first art show in Feb (med school thing). I’ll look into your comment box suggestion, I like that idea.

Some folks think we sit around lab all day filling empty pipette tip boxes. Good idea, but that's not what we do. Our heartrending art is forged in the furnace of molecular biology. However, it's true that snapping the picture can take as long as 40 seconds.

Unfortunately we cannot telegraph you each time we post. But, as a next-best you can follow us on Facebook, Twitter or RSS. We post on Tuesdays and Fridays.



"OMG, can i print TipArt at the lab and hang it on my wall?"
You can, but it'll look really bad. Instead, some people commission original or reproduction pieces, or shirts, from our Fortress/Studio.

Definitely! We're always looking for new submissions. One-off or serially. The more the merrier. :)
